We also offer innovative research and training activities on Borders, Migration, Project Management, including Monitoring, and Evaluation. Other core areas of activities are Security Threat Analysis, Conflict Analysis, Violent extremism, Gender Based Violence, and Peacebuilding

Dr. Willie Eselebor

Founder

A renowned Nigerian researcher and consultant specializing in borders, migration, peacebuilding, and conflict sensitivity, with extensive experience consulting for international organizations such as the UNDP, IOM, EU, AU, and ECOWAS. He has served with the Nigeria Immigration Service and lectured at the University of Ibadan. He is an active member and leader in several professional networks and organizations focused on peace studies and borderlands research.

Senior Research and Advocacy Fellow

Moses is an expert in community peacebuilding, stakeholder management, and development coordination with over 10 years of experience in grassroots mobilization and community development. He specializes in conflict early warning and response systems, policy analysis and implementation, peace research, and diplomacy, currently pursuing a PhD in Social Transformation and Community Peacebuilding Approaches. Moses has worked as a Senior Research and Advocacy Fellow at the Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy, and Development and has participated in high-level UN diplomacy meetings.

Chief Research Fellow

Grace is a Chief Research Fellow specializing in gender studies, child protection, security, human rights, communication, development, and peacebuilding. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Gender and Development Studies, focusing on the experiences of women in IDP camps in northern Nigeria, and has published works on gender stereotypes and children in armed conflict. Grace is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP) Women Peace and Security Journal and has extensive experience consulting for national and international journals.
